We are looking for someone with sales, customer service, or tourism experience, fluent Finnish and English skills, and a proactive, organized approach to work. Experience with reservation systems and strong communication skills are considered an advantage.

Would you like to work in the beautiful landscapes of Lapland? We are looking for receptionists to join our international and welcoming team for the winter season.

The role includes working across Hotel Inari, Holiday Village Inari, and the safari office front desk. Your tasks include reception duties, customer service, activity sales, equipment rentals, and assisting guests with their Arctic experiences. The position is full-time and runs from mid-November to the end of March, with a possible earlier start in September.

We are looking for someone with customer service or tourism experience, fluent Finnish and English skills, and a positive, independent attitude. Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about nature, enjoys working with people, and has a positive and responsible attitude. Good English skills are required, and previous guiding or tourism experience is considered an advantage. valid driving licence is required for this position.

In this role, you will provide friendly and professional service in our restaurant, take care of guests, serve food and beverages, and help create a welcoming atmosphere. The work includes both daily restaurant operations and serving international guests in a busy tourism environment.

We are looking for someone with restaurant or customer service experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. Good English skills are required, and knowledge of Finnish or other languages is an advantage. A valid alcohol serving licence is considered an advantage.

Visit Inari Oy is a family-owned tourism company with roots reaching back nearly 50 years in Inari. Founded in the 1980s by Tapani Lappalainen, the company began with local skiing trips, reindeer safaris, and nature lunches before growing into a family business.

Today, Tapani’s family continues to run the company alongside around 50 tourism professionals. Visit Inari offers year-round adventures and accommodation, including Hotel Inari with 53 rooms and apartments, Holiday Village Inari with 35 cabins, Crow Creek Cabins with 10 Cabins, and Hotel Kultahippu with 67 rooms and 5 apartments in Ivalo.
